You might know her better as a voice on the end of the phone in the AWOL office, but staff member Chloe is now in the final countdown to the end of a pretty epic challenge.

 

After pledging to run 100 kilometres for Cancer Research UK in 12 months, she’s smashed through the target and is set to complete those kilometres in just 106 days. So far there have been 10kms in the rain, 10kms in in blistering heat, one slightly worrying back problem and 2 new pairs of trainers but as we approach October 4th, it’s the biggest challenge yet- the Marathon.

 

Chloe is running the Race for Life Marathon at Lea Valley Showground in just 4 weeks time, raising money for a charity without whose research, survival rates might still only be 1 in 4.
