Chris Emery to head up the kitchen at new Oxfordshire restaurant The Alice

Chris Emery, former head chef at Jason Athertonâs The Clocktower in New York and executive sous chef Pollen Street Social, has been appointed executive chef at The Alice, a new restaurant set to open in Oxford this summer.
