Costa, Starbucks and Caffe Nero to investigate after faecal matter found on ice

Costa Coffee has been forced to update its ice handling guidelines, and Caffe Nero and Starbucks to launch their own investigations, after traces of faecal matter were found in the brands’ ice cubes.
