Dmitri Magi named culinary director at Claridge’s amid shake-up of hotel's F&B

Dmitri Magi has been appointed to the newly created role of culinary director at top-end Mayfair hotel Claridgeâs and will relaunch the space that previously housed Davies and Brook later this year.
