Heineken completes acquisition of 1,900 Punch pubs

Heineken has said it will ‘fully integrate’ the 1,900 Punch pubs into its existing Star Pubs & Bars estate after completing the acquisition, as part of a back-to-back deal with Patron Capital, yesterday (29 August).
