Up to 2 weeks ago was head baker at Rheged I have taken semi retirement,in the month previous you were sending agency chefs to help cover production I am just writing to say what a pleasure it was working with Boh of all the chefs you sent me he was by far the best one to use for baking he has a natural flare to bake, was willing to learn new skills and listened to what was asked of him.
