Can I just say THANK YOU though to all three Chefs who have worked with us – we have had excellent reviews on the food, particularly for Boh and Dave and I am sure there work for us has improved our Trip Advisor and Laterooms rankings. We have received several commendations from both new guests and regulars, including some ‘outstandings’. We would love to have either Boh or Dave back again when we next need relief cover to cover Chef holidays. Thanks again for all your support.
