Keswick Cafe sends great feedback

Hi James,
Good news (for us anyway) is that I have have now managed to get it  fully staffed (for the moment). Obviously we would like to thank you for the cover and would not hesitate to call on you guys again if we were in need.
Also can I just take the chance to feedback on Marco.. He is probably the nicest, most able, humble chef I’ve worked with and his can do attitude and general manner are fantastic..
